Terms and Conditions

ALL Other Conditions

  • Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.

  • 14+ days prior: down payment may be reused within 6 months.

  • Less than 14 days: down payment forfeited.

  • Less than 7 days: full rental amount due.

  • No refunds for early returns or vehicle issues.

  • Sleek Limousine Service may cancel reservations at its discretion.

  • Additional Charges

  • You may be charged for:

  • Fuel

  • Cleaning and smoking violations

  • Late returns

  • Lost or damaged keys or equipment

  • Traffic tickets and tolls

  • Administrative and occurrence fees

  • Downtime and lost rental income

  • Legal and recovery costs

  • Accidents, Theft & Claims

  • All incidents must be reported immediately to police and Sleek Limousine Service.

  • Full cooperation is required with investigations.

  • Failure to cooperate may void insurance coverage.

  • Personal Property & Indemnification

  • Sleek Limousine Service is not responsible for personal property left in the vehicle.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold Sleek Limousine Service harmless from all claims related to your use of the vehicle.

  • Liability is limited to amounts paid to Sleek Limousine Service.

  • Insurance Requirements

  • All drivers must provide valid insurance covering rental vehicles.

  • Sleek Limousine Service provides limited contingent liability coverage only where required by law.

  • Insurance is void if this agreement is breached.

  • Rentals may be canceled if proper insurance is not provided.

  • Photography & Media Use

  • You grant Sleek Limousine Service permission to use submitted photos and videos for marketing and promotional purposes.

  • Modifications & Severability

  • Changes must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

  • If any part of the agreement is unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.

  • By signing, you agree to all Terms & Conditions.

Nature of the Rental Agreement

This rental agreement is between you and Sleek Limousine Service. The agreement is for vehicle rental only. You and any authorized drivers are not agents of Sleek Limousine Service. You may not transfer the vehicle or your rights under this agreement. You may not service or repair the vehicle without prior written approval. Sleek Limousine Service provides no warranties, express or implied.

Authorized Drivers

This rental agreement is between you and Sleek Limousine Service. The agreement is for vehicle rental only. You and any authorized drivers are not agents of Sleek Limousine Service. You may not transfer the vehicle or your rights under this agreement. You may not service or repair the vehicle without prior written approval. Sleek Limousine Service provides no warranties, express or implied.

Rental Period & Vehicle Return

Rental time begins and ends as stated in the Rental Agreement. The vehicle must be returned: On time To the designated drop-off location In the same condition as received (normal wear excepted) Late returns may result in additional fees. Vehicles may not be kept longer than 30 days. Failure to return the vehicle terminates permission to use it and may void insurance. Sleek Limousine Service may recover the vehicle at your expense if necessary.

Responsibility for Loss or Damage

You are responsible for any loss or damage, regardless of fault. This includes: Repair costs Loss of use Diminished value Towing, storage, and impound fees If the vehicle is not returned, you are responsible for the full value. Your personal insurance or credit card may cover some costs, but this is your responsibility to confirm.

Payment Policy

  • A minimum $1,500 or 10% down payment (whichever is higher) is required.

  • Down payments are non-refundable, but may be applied to a future rental if canceled properly.

  • Credit cards are required; debit cards require full payment plus deposit.

  • A $1,500 minimum security deposit is required.

  • Charges may be applied before and after the rental.

  • Late payments incur fees and interest.
